TRY OUTS!
So you want to be an alpha? Beta(ess)? Healer? Well now is the perfect opportunity to get it! Below are a few rules you will need to know before you audition, so please read them carefully. After you do, you may go ahead and audition.
RULES
- Your character doesn't already have to be accepted, it can try out for another clan or go down one rank and etc till she or he i accepted.
-When an alpha male or female is chose the other alpha is their mate
- Follow the form and reply to this thread once you've finished your audition.
-Beta and Betess do not need to be mates
- Dont get mad if some one else wins. Just say good luck!

why your canine is good for this role:
Bear is a natural born leader and hates to be bossed around by someone who he knows he is better than. In his mind he wants what is best for his pack. Everyone is apart of the pack, not just the ones who protect and provide, but the next generation and the ones who served their duty and now need taken care of. He doesn't like to judge anyone by what they look like on the outside as he wants to gie everyone a chance to make the second impression on him and hopefully it is a good one. So overall I believe that he is cut out for the position of Alpha in the pack.
RP Example:
Light and dark flashed in his vision, trailing through the Deer Jungle. Following the beaten down trail that his pack had made as their base of the jungle. Canvas trees outlined the baby blue sky that hung above. The large brute Doberman had been alerted that their had been an intrusion of his territory. Trotting along the beaten down dirt path with his long snout pointed to the ground tracking the scent of the intruders. Their scent had gotten fainter and then disapeared. The dog stopped and stuck his nose into the air. The scent flowed downwind, which was where he stood.
Breaking into a running pace, Bear stopped when he heard a loud and paniced squeal. His mind went to the worst place, a pup, he thought. From the other pack. The thought of the other group leaving their future behind, discusted him. He trotted to where he could smell the pup and saw rustling in the bushes. Bear walked cautiously towards it poked his nose through the thick leaves. He carefully picked the, still blind, pup up by the scruff of his neck and quickly made his way back to camp.
Bear ran to a nursing bitch, and with pleading eyes asked her if she would take the helpless pup. Nodding the female quickly got the young brute pup to nurse. Bear took a deep breathe of relief when the pup lactched on. Hoping he would grow and stay with the pack, the Alpha turned to find his mate.

personality: Some would call Astrid the 'Dragon slayer' because of her ruthlessness and stubbornness. She is a pain in the butt to get around, especially when your better than her at something. She likes to think that she's the most popular and can do everything right, a bit cocky if you ask me. Although she does have a reason.
why your canine is good for this role: I think Anastasia would be good at being a beta because she has a leader-like personality, and uses it well. She is also very loyal to her alpha, she will do whatever the alpha says is right. Although at times she may question his/her abilities, she knows whats right and will do it to the best of her abilities. She is extremely loyal to her pack, and won't back down from a challenger trying to steal pack land. She is very brave, and tries to do everything in her pack's wishes. Therefore, I think Anastasia would be a good candidate for the beta position.
RP Example:
Anastasia was searching....searching for her place. Ever since she had been accepted into this pack, she was gladly accepted and Anastasia couldn't think of a better community. Her past was still knocking at her door, creeping into her mind now and then, reminding her of her father's hatred towards her, how she had to grow up with her brothers, becoming one of them. She sighed. Don't judge a book by it's cover, because this pack was in for something, now that Anastasia was Betaess.
The large Auskie padded proudly around her camp, her tongue lolled out of her mouth. Anastasia smiled, this was a dream come true. She had always wanted to be a leader, second in command to her alpha. And she and gotten it. Ahh....Anastasia couldn't think of a better place to be.
As she stumbled through the chaos, Anastasia came upon a small tangle of trees and brush, what you would consider a small area of woods. She leaned down, and set her paws onto the ground, making a small crunch on the leaves.
When she came into a small clearing, no trees around for about 7 feet, she heard a voice call to her, indicating that it was pleased at her appearance. Oh gosh please let it not be another brute... she muttered under her breath, as she made her way towards the voice. When she got there, she was a little taken back, and instantly stopped walking, stunned at her discovery. She touched her neck. This girl looked identical to her brother! She couldn't sworn they could be twins! A smile spread across the dog's maw, old memories returning to her. The other canine looked pleasurable. Anastasia took a few more steps towards her, watching her move in a friendly gesture. "Who are you, and what is your business here?" she said, deciding that she could give this one a chance.
