Personality:
Some would call Astrid the 'Dragon slayer' because of her ruthlessness and stubbornness. She is a pain in the butt to get around, especially when your better than her at something. She likes to think that she's the most popular and can do everything right, a bit cocky if you ask me. Although she does have a reason. She is very pretty and uses her charms to get around or out of something she know she shouldn't be in. Sly and cunning. Assy is more of a tom-boy, she likes it when people look up to her because she is so fierce. She is very fierce when it comes to something that she used to be better at, but someone charged in and broke her focus, causing her to loose whatever. [hint hint: think of Astrid from the 'How to train Your Dragon'.] When she comes against someone he is similar to her, bold and daring, fierce and extremely competitive..there will always, most likely, be a looser and winner. Being pretty doesn't lie. It just...misleads you. Astrid isn't all tough and rough though. Underneath all that, when Assy truely finds someone who understands her, or someone who she likes, she might try to impress him(if she hasn't already done so) and then probably break down. Although she's never done so before, Astrid is just like that. Sweet, occasionally. Tender? No. Backing down from a challenger? Hardly.

History:
Anastasia's mother and father, (Jasmine and Demon-not played) had lived on this island for many, many generations. They met as loners, each wnting to go their own way. After a while, Jasmine had 4 puppies, 1 female and 3 males. Then, her father had to stay.
In order to be noticed, Anastasia had to join in on the boys games, hunting with her father, and act more like a male. Soon, all her brothers were submissive to Anastasia, making Ana the alpha of the siblings. Although Ana was a ‘tough chick’, deep inside, she yearned to be just herself, and not having to be the alpha every single second to impress her father.
One spring morning when Anastasia was 13 weeks old, their family took their hunting trip to a large river, where the caribou were grazing contently. The pack moved slowly in order not to scare their pray away. Before Ana’s mother could cry out, she was swept away by the furious current of the river.
Fear-stricken, Ana was paralyzed in horror, watching her mother disappear into the water. The dogs could not do anything but watch helplessly, for the river was too strong. Apparently, Jasmine had stepped sideways onto the slippery side of the river shore, twisted her ankle, and fallen in.
Weeks past, and her father grew more and more angry and furious. Trapped inside his anger, there was nothing he could do, so he put all his anger on the only female, Anastasia. Terrified of her own father, Ana ran away days later, her tears stained her cheeks, never able to wipe them away.
