PACK LAWS

1. Respect your elders, learn from them, don't ignore them. They've lived through a whole lot more than you have.
2. Obey the alphas, they have your best interest in mind.
3. No puppy is to leave the camp without the company of an adult two years or older.
4. No fighting, we're all one big family, so we all respect each other and treat each other with kindness.
5. Do not question your punishment, or it may be doubled. All punishments are made fitting to the crime.
6. All members of the pack must help with everything from hunting to carrying out patrols and caring for puppies.
7. Puppies and Elders are fed first in times that there are shortages of food.
8. Betas are left in charge when the alphas are away or incapable of guiding the pack.
9. Listen to you healers! They know what they're talking about.
10. Follow the rules, or face the consequences.
PACK TRADITIONS

- Fishing Competitions - These take place during the summer and aid in hunting, the dog that catches the most fish, the biggest fish, and the smallest fish are all winners in these competitions!
- Midwinter Feast - A day of relaxation and celebration for the ancestors, and the animals that feed the pack during this feast, and the passing year. Games are played and it is a all around happy time.
- Thanks is given for the animals that are killed to feed the pack, for feeding the pack.
- The pack is supposed to treat each other kindly, and as if they are all one large, unrelated family.
RANK DESCRIPTIONS

Alphas
- The alphas guide the packs and make all of the important decisions, while consulting with the betas and the older members of the pack. They choose punishments for rule breakers. The alpha's rule is law and is to be obeyed.
Betas
- The betas are the alpha's second in command and are to be obeyed in the alpha's absence. They help when the alphas need help in making a serious decision. The betas also help organize patrols and who to send out to hunt when necessary.
Healers
- The healers are in charge of keeping the pack healthy. They are in charge of their patients and if you are ill you are expected to obey their directions in hopes you will heal quickly.
Scouts
- Scouts wander to and fro and collect things that may be of interest to the alphas. They also serve to deliver messages when they are needed to do so. They can also serve as hunters when there is a shortage of food and extra hunters are needed.
Hunters
- The hunters are in charge of hunting, their range mostly applies to animals that dwell on land. Hunters are typically built for speed and moving quickly and gracefully after there prey. They can, however, be also used for fishing.
Fishers
- The Fishers are typically in charge of fishing and are more prone to having water resistant coats, or at least being tolerant of the water, as they'll probably end up in it. They can, however be also used for hunting land animals.
Pack Members
- Pack members that do not have a specific rank in the pack are placed here at first. Pack members are typically hunting, although they basically get any job that they are needed to do, unless they join another rank.
Puppies
- These are dogs that are not yet capable to take on a rank, and are still completing their changing. Puppies are at this rank until the age of one year old.
Elders
- Elders are the older members of the pack, they are respected and often tell stories to the puppies, or watch over them while their parents are busy doing other things. Dogs that begin going blind, grow too ill to continue in their ranks, or receive a terrible injury anymore join the ranks of the elders. This is a rank that deserves the up most respect for their earlier contributions to the pack.
